Under this very generous sponsorship, Topaz Energy and Marine has used its considerable vessel management infrastructure to manage the vessel and has taken on board all running costs of the Flying Angel, which last year reached US$ 380,000. In doing so, over 27,900 seafarers have been welcomed aboard during the first year and a half of their sponsorship.
